At the time of shipment, the customer will receive an informative e-mail from our customer service and from the courier directly.

Shipping data
SM-Art STUDIO by Francesco Rasola will use as shipping data those indicated by the customer at the time of purchase in the cart.
The only valid data for shipping purposes will be those indicated in the copy of the order for which the customer is required to check all the data contained in the copy of the order that he will receive via email.
SM-Art STUDIO di Francesco Rasola cannot be held responsible for failure or delay in delivery due to incorrect, incomplete addresses or without the useful information to identify the place of delivery.

Timing of evasion
Orders will be processed within 5 working days of payment confirmation. 
Orders are processed from Monday to Friday, with the following hours: 8.30 - 13.30 / 15.00 - 18.30. Orders placed during the weekend will be processed starting from the following Monday morning. Finally, if made on a public holiday, they will be processed starting from the following working day.
Authorized Shipment Delivery
Upon delivery of the products, the customer is required to carefully inspect the envelope or package before affixing a signature as proof of delivery of the shipment. If, for any reason, the package should arrive tampered with or if the envelope sticker is not intact, the customer is asked to sign the receipt with reservation, or to refuse delivery. In the event that the delivery has been accepted with an unauthorized signature or there is evidence of tampering with the package, the customer is requested to immediately report the incident to the local courier office and to contact us by sending an email to address info@x3portres.it

PS. for disadvantaged areas there will be a surcharge ranging from 10 to 15 euros.

MADE

The right of withdrawal can be exercised without any penalty and without having to specify the reason within 30 days of receipt of the goods, by sending an email to info@x3portres.it or from the appropriate section of the user panel.
The instructions for the goods return procedure will then be indicated.
It is specified that the shipping costs for returning goods are the responsibility of the user.

To exercise the withdrawal it is essential that the goods are intact and that the object has the original packaging, with all the tags.
The amount of the purchased goods will be refunded within 30 days following the return of the goods.
(The right of withdrawal is excluded for customized products).
 
EXCHANGE OF GOODS and / or REFUND
In case of exercising the right of return for exchange of goods, the procedure to be followed is as follows:
1. Write an email to info@x3portres.it within 2 days of receipt of the product describing the reasons that led to the opening of the return procedure.
2. Follow the return procedure procedures as per the communication received from our customer service.
3. Make sure the products are in the same condition in which you received them, with all tags affixed.
Remember that you can only ship your return from the country where you placed your order. We will only replace or refund items returned according to the instructions. If your return does not meet the conditions listed, the package will be sent back to you.
The return of the product must take place within 48 hours of receiving the email received from our customercare with the methods to be followed (the date indicated on the postmark or on the courier's transport document will be considered valid).
The return will be managed within 3-4 working days following the date of receipt of the goods returned to our warehouse. The outcome of the same will be communicated within the same term (acceptance with replacement of the product or refund in case of impossibility of replacement). Refunds are made by bank transfer or Paypal refund.
The costs of returning the product for exchanges are charged to the customer. In the event of a change of goods, the shipment of the new product to the customer is free in Italy for one time only (excluding the smaller islands, the Venice lagoon and Sardinia).
